First Icicle Fall

-Hey, you know that upcoming winter? Boy, doesn't it feel like it's coming early? And the lake sure has gotten misty all of the sudden.

Like, no, seriously, it's friggin' COLD near the lake, and the cold just creeps into the village in the form of cool breezes. Some might find this refreshing. Others might find it annoying. But really, the weather is doing some funky cool stuff.

Care to investigate the lake? y/n?-

[It takes her a moment, but she does notice the icebergs once she actually looks out onto the water. Her immediate reaction is to freeze up—pun may or may not be intentional—and stare, memories of the previous winter suddenly worming their way back into her mind and leaving her with a sudden and very uncomfortable feeling.

It's isn't late enough for the lake to be freezing already...is it?]

[It wouldn't be the first time nature had gone belly-up around here. So instead of thinking about that, she's tentatively poking at the water's surface, trying to figure if it's too cold to really do anything today.]

[Ohhhh no. You aren't distracting her with the shiny. She's chalking this up to a day out ruined by Luceti being weird again, and just about to start back to the house.]

It's just the ice fairy.

...Wait, that means the lake is going to be cold all year round now, isn't it...so much for Koa's Thursday swimming trips. She'll have to start looking for other things to do, then...]
